Dissolve yeast in milk and water. Add sugar, oil and 4 cups of flour. Whip for 10 minutes and add salt. Blend in remaining flour. Knead for several minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. Place on flat surface and cover with large bowl. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down and let rise second time and punch down. Divide dough and form two round loaves. Place on a greased baking sheet that has been dusted with sesame seeds. Brush the tops of the loaves with a bit of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees until golden and light, about 25 – 30 minutes.
